Below is a beautiful 3 bay garage built in 2006 on Fishpond road owned by Alex Fanfarillo, who happens to be Chief of Police.  According to the permits this garage was built for $17,500.  It is in our opinion that $17,500 for this caliber of a 3 bay garage seems rather inexpensive.  As our investigation continues we had a few questions about the costs and what “features” this garage has making it so inexpensive to build.

Did a certain someone maybe help Chief Fanfarillo build this garage?  We are currently verifying if in fact there is a car lift (which would require 4″-6″ poured concrete) and if there are on-demand boilers, radiant floor heating and other additions.
