Recent information has come to our attention regarding United Computer (which has contracts with the Boro) and employment of Boro Administrator Joe Brigandi’s son.  We find these “no bid” contracts interesting and wonder if this is how we save money by not having competitive bidding?

It is also nice that Joe’s son has been living since 2009 in a brand new condo which current Glassboro council has continuously voted to extend the tax abatement:

Must be nice to be the Boro Administrator’s son and have a tax abatement for so many years

 Sure must be nice to get a no-bid contract. Are tax payers getting a fair deal by the same company that employed Boro Administrator Joe Brigandi’s son.
