Who is Sora, the master re-developer?

We are not sure where Sora came from and their project experience as they have only been around since 2007 according to formation of their web site. They were the “master developer” spear heading a $300 million project.  But information recently sent to us regarding Principal of Sora, Tom Fore, came to our attention……….
