Is Borough Administrator Joe Brigandi Personally Benefitting While Borough Administrator Joe Brigandi is collecting a salary of over $125,000 a year we noticed that those who donated to the Glassboro Democrats and those receiving Millions of dollars of work for contracts are doing personal work on Mr. Brigandi's Silver Avenue property. Some of the work include $12,000 worth of solar panels installed by Alternative Electric (Same Address in Monroeveille as HHM contracting). A $50,000+ addition including a sunroom, fireplace and hot tub by HHM contracting (awarded over $5 million in work) was also added to Mr. Brigandi's home as well as Electric done by R.J. Reilly Electric. While Mr. Brigandi relaxes in his beautiful hot tub enjoying new solar energy we wonder if any of this work was discounted . We also wonder if the tax-payers could have received better pricing for work done? What we find very interesting as well is the Brigandi Group, LLC which does "consulting" work.
